Analysis and Elimination Method of Abnormal Phenomenon of Pointer of Spring Testing Machine

This article introduces the spring test machine pointer abnormal phenomenon analysis and troubleshooting.
   
1. When operating the spring tester, change the zero point of the pointer more than three small squares when changing the measuring range (refer to GT-1000 and GT-2000)
    (1) The balance of thallium does not fall into the "V" groove. Adjust the balance of thallium justice rack position, so thallium into the slot.
    (2) Balance thallium is too heavy or too light. When the file from a small file to a large margin, the zero is positive tolerance should be appropriate to reduce the balance of thallium quality; when the zero negative tolerance, should be appropriate to increase the balance of thallium quality.

    2. Spring testing machine used in the hands jitter, affecting readings
    (1) No oil or too little oil in the bumper. Should add enough oil and exhaust.
    (2) Buffer rod off the inspection frame. Reinstall it.
    (3) the buffer oil viscosity is too small. Change the viscosity of the oil.

    3. Spring testing machine after the pointer can not return to zero (more than 1/2 small cell)
    (1) The needle shaft is dirty or the needle shaft bearing is not flexible. Wash the pointer shaft with kerosene, adjust the bearing, and then add a little instrument oil installed.
    (2) the buffer oil viscosity is too large or dirty oil foreign body. Wash the bumpers and add a 1: 2 mixture of ingot oil and kerosene.
    (3) force transmission gear and rack meshing gap is small or dirt at the engagement. After cleaning the rack and pinion a little instrument oil, adjust the rack next to the wheel, the gear and rack clearance appropriate.
    (4) the upper end of the rod and the column, four guide bearing clearance is too small or uneven gap. Should release the four guide bearings, before and after the two bearings in a free state, leaving 0.1 mm gap is appropriate, then left and right bearings also leave 0.1 mm gap. Note that the spring test machine should be adjusted in the horizontal state.
    (5) pointer and dial or panel glass friction. Remove the glass panel, adjust the pointer, to eliminate friction.
    (6) the knife and the knife baffle on both sides rub or knife and pad contact dirt. Eliminate baffle rub, remove dirt.
    (7) spring deformation ruler and cursor friction. Adjust the spring deformation ruler and cursor clearance as appropriate.
    (8) The buffer position is not correct, so that the piston shaft and the oil cylinder cover friction. Adjust the buffer to eliminate friction.
