Spring two forming process

(1) spring cold forming process
1) cold forming process one-time automation capabilities. Cold forming machine has been developed to 12 claws. Wires in the (0.3-14) mm range are essentially formed once in an 8-jaw forming machine. The current forming process equipment development direction:

① improve the forming speed, the main trend is to increase the molding equipment speed, that is, production efficiency;
② improve equipment durability by improving the precision of equipment parts and strengthening heat treatment effect;
③ increase the length of the sensor and laser range finder, to CNC forming machine automatic closed-loop control of the manufacturing process.
2) cold forming process ability. At present, large-diameter spring coil spring machine, the maximum size up to 20mm, 2000MPa, winding ratio of 5. Reducing or Equal Damping There are still limitations to the cold forming process for Minic-Block springs and eccentric springs.


(2) spring thermoforming process
1) Thermoforming process speed capability. At present, China (9 ~ 25) mm shape forming only CNC2-axis hot coil spring machine, the maximum speed of 17 pieces per minute. Compared with developed countries, there is a big gap.
2) large spring thermoforming process control. Since only the CNC2 axis hot coil spring machine, the shape control less three directions, poor accuracy; and no automatic bar material rotation control and adjustment mechanism, so the hot coil spring forming process level and ability is low. Therefore, the level of spring accuracy and surface oxidation decarburization level is also low.
